The SmartCHANGE project held its second Consortium meeting in Amsterdam, Netherlands. The event took place on the 22nd and 23rd of November 2023.
As we reach the end of the first year of the project, this General Assembly provided the opportunity for all SmartCHANGE partners to come together and review the progress made thus far to set the direction for the future of the project.
