The 28th Information Society Multiconference is taking place from October 6 to 10, 2025, at the Jožef Stefan Institute in Ljubljana, Slovenia. This annual international event gathers researchers from across the globe to share the latest findings and developments in various areas of the information society, including artificial intelligence, digital innovation, and policy frameworks.
The conference offers a platform for both global and local researchers to discuss emerging research directions, explore business opportunities, and reflect on government policies in Europe and North America. Participants also contribute to shaping a collective vision for the future of the information society.
Researchers and institutions are invited to present new findings or provide overviews of advancements in their fields. The event also encourages discussions on broader issues, including Slovenia’s scientific and technological progress, the role of government, and strategies for integrating into the global information society.
SmartCHANGE joins this year’s conference to share its work with the AI research community. The project team delivered a 20-minute presentation of the SmartCHANGE paper, highlighting its innovative risk prediction methodology. Represented by the Jožef Stefan Institute, which serves as both project coordinator and event organiser, SmartCHANGE connected with experts, gathered valuable feedback, and raised awareness of its approach to advancing health-related AI research within the broader context of the information society.
